Clean, great value hotel, its location was particularly good and absolutely perfect and so close to a mall where there is a lot of restaurants to choose from and a big supermarket as well as the Philippines especially that city.

A balance of wins and fails

The location is fantastic, right beside a mall, ensuring convenience! The breakfast variety was commendable, contributing to a pleasant start to the day.

The rooms feel outdated and need upgrades. The electrical outlets were loose. There were issues with cleanliness, especially in the bathroom.

100% recommend for a brief stopover

Cozy room, delicious breakfast buffet, as I enjoyed a variety of local and international dishes along with a great selection of beverages, and a convenient location just beside a shopping mall made exploring the area super easy.

It was an ideal choice for a short visit in Cagayan de Oro with good price value. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly nice, with enough variety to start the day off well. Make sure to ask for a room with good lighting if you prefer bright spaces.

We enjoyed our stay on the club floor especially the excellent and friendly staff, Joven and Anton, at the club lounge!

The proximity to restaurants and mini-groceries made dining out convenient. The towels in the bathroom were in poor condition and require replacing to enhance guest comfort. The check-in process was notably slow and confusing. It took extra time to confirm our room configurations with been communicated beforehand. The experience had its perks but lacked some essential improvements.

The location is quite advantageous, as I found numerous restaurants and grocery stores within easy reach. The outdoor ambiance added a pleasant note to my experience, reminiscent of the great environments praised by fellow guests.

Amazing place with great wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a relaxing outdoor swimming pool. I will never forget when the staff helped me with a phone charger on my first stay. The friendly service makes every visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable experience. I'm coming back for a holiday!

I had a great experience during my stay, especially enjoying the inviting breakfast and the comfy bed. The attention to detail in the room was noticeable. I would definitely choose this again!

During check-out, the line was chaotic and unorganized. The staff didn't acknowledge who was next in line and served someone else first. My colleague in the Club Room waited too long for a hair dryer and missed breakfast altogether.

The Beautiful Double or Twin Room was clean and had a nice ambiance. The beds were comfy and perfect for resting after a long day. The location was convenient too, right next to the mall. I noticed some toilets lacked bidets, and the shower had a bit of a weird setup with water splashing into the toilet area. It was pretty decent.
